Peer Review Process
Once a manuscript is submitted to the International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Neural Systems (IJCINS), it undergoes an initial screening by the editorial team to assess its originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, technical quality, research contribution, language clarity, and compliance with publication ethics. All submissions are subjected to plagiarism screening using appropriate detection tools. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s standards or fall outside the scope may be rejected at this stage.
Manuscripts that successfully pass the preliminary evaluation are forwarded to the formal review process. IJCINS follows a strict double-blind peer review system, in which both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous to ensure an unbiased and fair evaluation. Each manuscript is reviewed by qualified experts in the relevant field.
Based on the reviewers’ comments and recommendations, authors may be required to revise their manuscripts. Revised submissions must address all reviewer comments clearly and satisfactorily. The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board.
All official correspondence regarding manuscript status, review outcomes, and publication decisions will be communicated through the journal’s official email system.
