Plagiarism Policy

The authors submitting manuscripts to the International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Neural Systems (IJCINS) must adhere strictly to ethical publishing standards and confirm the following:

  • The manuscript submitted is entirely original and has not been published elsewhere in any form.

  • The work is free from plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or unethical research practices.

  • No part of the manuscript has been copied or extracted from other sources without proper acknowledgment.

  • Appropriate citations and references are provided for all content, data, figures, tables, or ideas derived from previously published work.

  • The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to any other journal or conference for consideration.

All submitted manuscripts to IJCINS are subjected to plagiarism screening using recognized similarity detection tools. The editorial office carefully evaluates similarity reports before proceeding to peer review.

If plagiarism or significant similarity is detected at any stage:

  • Authors will be notified and may be asked to provide clarification or revise the manuscript.

  • Based on the extent and percentage of similarity, the manuscript may be rejected without entering the review process.

  • In cases of serious ethical violations, the manuscript will be immediately rejected.

If plagiarism or ethical misconduct is identified after publication, the journal reserves the right to retract or remove the article from its archive and issue an official retraction notice.

IJCINS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and upholds the highest standards of academic integrity to ensure the credibility and quality of published research.
